At Diaper Genie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your nursery. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

Ship the Items

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
